Mar 30, 2018· Hey David, got a IR board stop working, 4 red lights on start up no issue but no trigger for IR light when you get close. I can trigger it with an external IR emitter so I guess something on the IR LED side has failed.
With Duet 3 main board, expansion board or tool board: Connect the VCC, GND and OUT pins of the sensor to , GND and IN respectively on an IO probe connector, and select mode 8 in the M558 command. Dynamic test. Apply power to the printer. Connect to the printer from a browser or via USB. If your printer is Cartesian or CoreXY, home X and Y. If it is a Delta, home all. Position the print head well above the bed. Send command G30 to do a single Z probe. This will deploy the probe (if applicable) and start the head descending or the bed rising.

However, sometimes nozzle is so close glass bed, sometimes about 5mm above although bed is same position. This difference btw bed and nozzle changes.
